I’m a Houston-based broker, entrepreneur, and coach who has spent more than two decades helping people buy, sell, and thrive in real estate. Along the way, I’ve built a $100M+ sales group, launched multiple businesses, trained 1000+ agents to accomplish there goals, and created the Rise & Thrive coaching community.

My Story
For me, success has never been about titles or numbers—it’s been about impact. Early in my career, I realized real estate wasn’t just about houses, it was about people: families searching for stability, agents searching for direction, and leaders searching for purpose.
That realization pushed me to build more than a business. I created a team culture rooted in growth and accountability, launched a daily coaching community to give agents clarity before the chaos of the day, and invested in ventures that bring people together—whether through staging, events, or training.
Every step has been about building environments where others can rise, thrive, and discover what’s truly possible when they lean into discipline, faith, and the right support. That’s not just my business model—it’s my life’s work.
